Josh’s woodworking journey began in 1995, building reformers and other equipment for a Pilates studio. By 1998, he had opened a cabinet door shop, gradually expanding into full cabinetry through hands-on learning.

Over the years, he honed his craft with a variety of companies, refining both his skills and design sensibilities. In 2000, Josh launched his own business, and his custom work quickly gained recognition — even being featured in Austin Monthly Home.

Today, The Woodjoint specializes in contemporary, European-style designs, delivering the quality and character that only truly handmade pieces can offer.
